Greenhouse Construction Process

My country's vegetable supply mainly relies on Greenhouse cultivation; therefore, the construction quality and structural design of Single Span Greenhouse directly affect the yield and quality of vegetables in my country.

Although the Greenhouse construction process is relatively simple, the technology is quite sophisticated. Below is a brief introduction to the Greenhouse construction process:
1. Theme Design: This mainly involves setting the length, width, and height of the Greenhouse, designing and constructing it according to the planting area. A typical greenhouse in my country is around 120 square meters.
2. Material Selection: Greenhouse construction is divided into column-type and steel-frame type. Steel-frame Single Span Greenhouse use a fully welded steel frame, requiring only foundation reinforcement. Column-type Single Span Greenhouse use cement columns or bamboo, etc. Steel-frame greenhouses have a longer service life, generally up to 25 years, while column-type Single Span Greenhouse can last 3-5 years.
3. Base Construction: Column-type Single Span Greenhouse require a load-bearing back wall, with a wall width of no less than 50 cm. Dedicated ventilation openings must also be installed.
4. Erecting the Arch Frame: Single Span Greenhouse with a steel frame do not require an arch frame. Single Span Greenhouse using bamboo poles or pillars require an arch frame. Use uniform bamboo poles with a diameter exceeding 2 cm. Insert the larger end of the bamboo pole into the back wall and secure both ends. Maintain a consistent arch shape and height. Erect pillars at the highest point of the arch for support.
5. Laying the Plastic Film: Use a translucent plastic film, preferably drip-free or UV-resistant. Bury the plastic film deeply on both sides of the greenhouse, with a depth of at least 20 cm.
