Let's discuss methods to address insufficient light in Integrated Fertilizer Management System lighting

We all know that plants struggle to survive without sunlight, making insufficient light a significant factor affecting vegetable yield.

Of course, cloudy days are often unavoidable. So, how do we solve the problem of insufficient light? Let's explore the following two points:
1. Use Integrated Fertilizer Management System lights to provide plants with adequate light for a certain period, improving their light exposure.
2. Prune the plants to increase their light-receiving area.
Integrated Fertilizer Management System lights, as an energy source for photosynthesis, supplement insufficient natural light.
Research indicates that when the total daily light intensity on the greenhouse bed is less than 100W/m², or the sunshine duration is less than 4.5 hours/day, artificial lighting should be implemented.
The aim is to inhibit or promote flower bud differentiation and regulate the flowering period, thus meeting the photoperiodic needs of vegetables. This type of supplemental lighting requires lower light intensity and is called low-intensity supplemental lighting or long-day supplemental lighting.
