How to Strengthen the Protection of the Rear Roof in Integrated Fertilizer Management System Projects

Damage to the rear roof is a common problem in Integrated Fertilizer Management System projects, but a truly effective solution has yet to be found. Here's a simple introduction to strengthening the protection of the rear roof in Integrated Fertilizer Management System projects:

1. Connecting the Rear Masonry to the Rear Slope with Steel Wires
Some people believe that since the rear masonry is built on an earthen wall and later covered by the rear slope, further binding is unnecessary. This is incorrect.
Because the front section of the rear masonry only rests on the columns, it will inevitably move outward under external pressure, leading to collapse.
Therefore, the steel wires connecting the rear masonry to the rear slope must be re-secured with steel wire, typically 5-6 wires, to ensure stability.
2. Connecting the Wall Anchors to the Rear Slope Support Pipes
Modern Integrated Fertilizer Management System rear wall corridors have ground anchors. Connecting these anchors to the rear slope support pipes with steel wires significantly reduces the downward force on the rear slope, thus ensuring its greater stability.
3. Column and Steel Wire Binding: Typically, builders bind the columns to the backing wall with steel wire. However, due to stress, the wire can easily shift upwards. Therefore, drilling holes in both the backing wall and the columns, ensuring both holes are horizontal, and then threading the steel wire through the holes for binding, yields excellent results.
4. Adding a Steel Pipe in the Middle of the Back Slope: It's understood that Greenhouse back slopes typically don't use steel pipes on the east and west sides, relying instead on the backing wall for support. To make the back slope more stable,
it's recommended to add a steel pipe to the east and west sides of the back slope, placing it in the middle of the backing wall column.
Then, connect the steel pipe to the backing wall using angle iron or semi-circular steel pipe. For stability, the added steel pipe can be welded to the Integrated Fertilizer Management System east-west steel beam in one continuous line, connecting it to the main beam steel pipe.
Finally, place the bamboo support poles on the added steel beam and bind them with wire to prevent sagging or loosening caused by the previous double steel wire clamping the bamboo poles.
Even when people step on the back slope or the rolling shutter machine is placed behind the slope, the added steel beam will not sink. This not only extends the service life of the added steel beam, but also makes the back slope more stable.
