On June 26, 2026, a key infrastructure project for the Wanyi Academy of Agricultural Sciences reached its conclusion as the smart glass greenhouse project—undertaken entirely by Chongqing Qingcheng Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qingcheng Agriculture")—successfully passed its final acceptance inspection. Professionals conducted on-site structural surveys, equipment trial runs, and verification of project documentation; all technical specifications were met, and the project was officially handed over, ready to begin scientific research and experimental work.
This glass greenhouse serves as a core research infrastructure project for the Wanyi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, primarily dedicated to the breeding of improved crop varieties, seedling cultivation for fruits and vegetables, and testing of novel cultivation techniques. The project utilizes a high-strength galvanized steel framework paired with a double-layered hollow tempered glass enclosure, offering excellent light transmission, airtightness, and disaster resistance. During construction, Qingcheng Agriculture equipped the greenhouse with a comprehensive suite of smart systems—including integrated water and fertilizer irrigation, automatic ventilation, constant temperature and humidity control, and intelligent supplemental lighting—enabling precise indoor environmental regulation. These systems overcome seasonal and weather constraints, ensuring uninterrupted agricultural research and experimentation throughout the year.
The project involved complex procedures, including steel structure assembly, glass installation, pipeline embedding, and the concurrent installation of automation equipment, presenting significant construction challenges. As the contractor, Qingcheng Agriculture meticulously planned the construction schedule and established a full-process quality control system. They strictly monitored raw material quality and focused on critical tasks such as steel frame reinforcement, joint waterproofing, and wiring installation. By promptly resolving construction challenges, they ensured high-quality completion within the contractual timeframe.
The acceptance process proceeded in an orderly manner.
